- Remote claims role with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, open to Louisiana residents.
- Process and review claims against plan rules and procedures.
- Investigate discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Notify Medicare where required when a discrepancy is found.
- Assist with training, implementations and documentation as needed.
- Keep claim decisions accurate and well documented.
- Claims processing experience preferred.
