  • Remote technical support role with Canon, open to applicants in approved states including Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Indiana, Louisiana, North Carolina, New York, Ohio and Tennessee.
  • Pays $15.00 to $15.53 per hour, plus a shift differential.
  • Receive and respond to inbound customer calls about inkjet printer problems.
  • Resolve routine and complex technical issues with a first-call-resolution approach.
  • Escalate appropriate cases and follow up until issues are closed.
  • Schedules run Monday to Friday across 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM Eastern windows, with paid orientation and training.
  • Technical support or call centre experience helpful.
