Customer Service Representative Insurance

$21.00/hour (+$1 bilingual)

  • Join AAA Auto Club Enterprises' industry-leading Insurance Call Center team as a full-time Customer Service Representative.
  • Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA memberships.
  • Deliver personalized, proactive solutions; recommend valuable products and services; think quickly and critically - this is not a scripted environment.
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking; participate in ongoing coaching and development.
  • Requires prior customer service experience (recent call center preferred); Spanish fluency a plus; must reside within the State of Ohio.
  • 100% virtual training (~4 months, 40 hrs/week, shifts 10am-10pm Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays); post-training shifts Mon-Fri 10am-10:30pm + every Saturday 10am-8:15pm with one weekday off.
  • Starting pay $21.00/hour + $1.00/hour English/Spanish bilingual fluency (assessment provided); company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement; Ethernet required (50-100 Mbps down / 10 up).
