Customer Care Specialist

  • Support inbound telephonic phone calls from members and provide over-the-phone support for the Vitality wellness program.
  • Specialize in first call resolution performance and effectively manage/respond to inquiries sent by customers.
  • Submit requests to the proper departments to prevent recurring issues and ensure rapid response to escalated inquiries.
  • Track, analyze, and report on process improvements; identify gaps and help devise creative solutions.
  • Educate customers on the program and website navigation; capture submitted events; communicate issues to operations.
  • Requires a high school diploma, effective communication, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities; 1-2 years customer service and health/wellness background preferred.
  • Pays $16.50/hour; remote, full time, open in AR, AL, GA, IN, and MI (Little Rock, Huntsville, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Detroit).
