  • Be the trustworthy point of contact for Privacy.com's 250,000+ users as their ultimate advocate.
  • Interact with users via email and chat, brainstorming inventive solutions to urgent problems.
  • Identify site/app issues and flag them to internal teams; help the company learn from every interaction.
  • Become a product expert on Privacy's virtual card platform and optimize each customer's experience.
  • Weekend coverage expected, with two consecutive days off per workweek.
  • Requires excellent writing/grammar, patience, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.
