Validation Representative, MVA

  • Prepare, verify insurance, and retrieve medical records for timely filing of Motor Vehicle Accident claims; primarily phone contact with outside parties.
  • Contact employers, insurers, and entities via outbound calls, email, or fax to verify/obtain info and insurance claim/bill review packages.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls; compile billing packets and file insurance claims; move work through the department as a team.
  • File/handle confidential docs and PHI per HIPAA; accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems.
  • HS diploma preferred; 1 yr medical bill processing desired; strong phone/verbal skills and MS Office proficiency.
  • Handle large volumes with detail in a fast-paced environment; work under limited supervision.
