Data Verification Specialist - Remote

$17.00-$18.00/hour

  • Verify customer-submitted data matches documents uploaded into the Veriforce ComplyWorks and Compliance Pro systems.
  • Record timely, accurate, concise, and clear notes for all support queries and subscriber account activities.
  • Provide high-quality customer support on incoming emails and/or phone calls.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint, determining cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • General troubleshooting and communication of errors within the Veriforce platforms.
  • Requires 2-5 years customer service (a plus), HS diploma/GED, fluent English, detail-oriented data entry/analysis; data entry and document analysis experience an asset.
  • Pays $17.00-$18.00/hour; permanent, fully remote US; 100% employer-paid medical/dental, HSA contributions, 401(k) match immediately vested, generous time off.
