  • Work directly with customers to resolve post-print issues as a Print Quality Resolution Assistant, providing immediate support over live communication channels.
  • Respond to calls, emails, and chats per policies; act as the primary expert for live contacts (specializing in phone support) and guide customers through the order replacement process.
  • Review incoming requests to determine if an issue is an internal error or customer-driven change; document every case at intake.
  • Open and navigate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to diagnose print issues; proofread and edit design files as needed.
  • Record detailed technical data within Salesforce to track trends and recurring print/design issues; work cross-functionally for seamless transitions to the Print Quality queue.
  • Requires proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro (Lightroom a plus), Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite, and the ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day.
  • Remote seasonal role starting in September through December 2026; market-based pay ($18.65-$20.32/hr depending on geography); must reside in one of the listed states.
