Order Entry Representative

Cadwell Industries · Remote (USA, East Coast hours)

$20-$24/hour

  • Partner with field Sales to enable purchases of Cadwell medical products; demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Professionally handle incoming requests, inquiries, and orders from customers and the field; process orders and changes in accordance with procedures.
  • Work with multiple Cadwell departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
  • Stay current on Cadwell products and software and be proficient on internal systems; provide backup assistance to the receptionist as needed.
  • Requires associate degree in a related field or 2 years of related education/experience, plus 2+ years of customer service, sales, or other relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, business math, MS Office/Google applications, and database/query tool skills; work independently and as a team member; extensive computer and telephone use.
  • Remote, USA, working East Coast hours with shifts beginning at 7:30 AM EST; pays $20-$24 USD; overtime may be required based on business needs.
