- Help customers via an inbound call queue, support ticketing systems, and established customer engagement channels.
- Respond to inquiries about company products, features, and services; address fulfillment, billing, account management, technical, and configuration issues.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, asking questions and actively listening to understand issues with respect and care.
- Refer complex, unexpected, or recurring issues to internal experts for prompt and effective resolution.
- Pay range is $19.00-$21.00 per hour.
