Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Remote)

AAA East Central (ACE) · Remote (Pittsburgh PA / Louisville KY / Independence OH)

$18.50/hour

  • First point of contact for members and customers in the remote AAA Member Service Center as a Member Service Counselor.
  • Assist with membership services, billing inquiries, and travel planning; support Driving School enrollments, scheduling, and program inquiries.
  • Educate members on AAA benefits, products, services, and coverage options; promote memberships, upgrades, and AAA products.
  • Provide travel information including routes, directions, mileage, accommodations, and road conditions; prepare TripTiks.
  • Requires HS diploma, strong customer service/problem-solving skills, Windows proficiency, and 30+ WPM typing.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00 PM-8:00 PM with alternating Saturdays (no Sundays); pay $18.50/hour.
