Data Entry Specialist - Night Shift

  • Consistently achieve both quality and production standards in a remote data entry role supporting health plans and TPAs.
  • Complete understanding of business rules; review and perform data verification routines per company procedures.
  • Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) stays confidential; make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Requires strong organizational skills, dependability, computer literacy, 40+ WPM typing, and 4500 KPH ten-key speed.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and memorize hot keys/shortcuts; work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred shift: 4:00pm CST - 12:00am CST, Monday-Friday; full-time openings available.
  • Pays $12/hour; fully remote based in WI, TX, or MN; benefits include health insurance, short/long-term disability, 401(k) with company match, and competitive PTO.
