Return to Work Eligibility Specialist

Brown & Brown (Absence Services Group) · Remote (USA)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Ticket to Work program participants at Brown & Brown Absence Services Group.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound and inbound calls and emails to educate and screen potential program participants.
  • Assess individual circumstances to determine program eligibility and guide participants through the enrollment process.
  • Develop personalized Individual Work Plans (IWPs) outlining employment goals; support resume development, interview prep, and job search strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with program rules and requirements in all interactions and documentation.
  • Requires experience and confidence with high-volume outbound educational calls from warm leads; Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2+ years related experience.
  • Salary and benefits described at application; full-time remote USA schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm EST.
