- Review and process insurance claims at Medlogix by verifying policy coverage, gathering necessary information, and evaluating claim validity.
- Determine the appropriate payout amount based on policy terms; ensure all documentation is complete and accurate per company guidelines and regulations.
- Interact with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the claims process efficiently and comply with HIPAA confidentiality.
- Work in multiple claim systems and provide support to multiple departments, including litigation and legal departments.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure SOPs are followed as defined in client SLAs.
- Requires minimum 2 years medical billing or claims processing background; prior carrier or adjuster experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; 100% remote part-time role paying $24/hour.
