Application Support Specialist - Overnight M-F

  • Provide remote overnight application support for Sirona Medical's cloud-native radiology platform (RadOS) serving radiologists nationwide.
  • Proactively respond to client issues and maintain active monitoring of client sites; expedite resolution per SOPs and SLAs.
  • Thoroughly document incidents in the ticketing system; escalate unresolved issues to the right internal channels.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot network performance metrics; collaborate with engineering and product teams on software issues.
  • Requires 3+ years level I+ troubleshooting in a call center/support setting, healthcare background (ideally radiology), PACS admin preferred.
  • Familiarity with DICOM, HL-7, MWL standards and radiology workflows; proficiency with Zendesk or G-suite.
  • Hourly, remote US; $30-$36/hour + equity; preferred shift 11:00 PM-7:30 AM EST M-F with rotating coverage; benefits include stock options, flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K matching.
