  • Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support to traders on Prop Firm Match - a leading platform for discovering and comparing proprietary trading firms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries across Intercom tickets, Discord, and email; review and resolve issues end to end with strong written communication.
  • Verify offers, promo codes, and loyalty program submissions before responding; stay current on firm rules, payout information, and policies.
  • Prioritize tickets and follow established workflows; document cases, keep records current, and escalate out-of-scope issues to the right team.
  • Report bugs and flag recurring issues to Product/Development; contribute to knowledge base updates and AI training data.
  • Requires customer support experience in a remote high-volume environment, hands-on Intercom or similar ticketing tool, and CET-aligned availability.
  • Remote worldwide, full-time; up to $800-$1,300 USD/month; async-first team with flexible, transparent hiring process.
