Sales Customer Service Representative - Remote

- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Respond to requests for assistance and process payments when needed.
- Track call information for auditing and reporting; provide feedback on call issues and meet defined sales objectives.
- Requires high school diploma/GED, 6+ months of customer service experience, age 18+, and typing of at least 25 WPM.
- Comfortable with desktop/Windows systems; customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- Home office needs: hardwired Ethernet (15 Mbps down/10 Mbps up, ISP under 50ms), no satellite or mobile hotspots, proof of internet speed required.
