- Assist customers with questions about coverage, enrolling in the program, and being connected to the department that can best assist with an issue.
- Advise customers about program benefits, assist with requests for covered benefits and enrollment, and support enrollment or renewals.
- Direct customers to the right department and front-end technical assistance calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard web applications.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; knowledge of RVs and roadside assistance preferred.
- Pay range $18.00-$20.00/hour; full-time, remote.
