- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally, building rapport and identifying customer needs through effective discovery techniques.
- Present and promote products, services, and membership benefits, tailoring recommendations to each customer situation.
- Apply consultative retention strategies to preserve memberships and strengthen long-term loyalty; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Process sales transactions, service enrollments, and payment arrangements accurately; address questions, objections, and concerns with confidence.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, conversion targets, revenue objectives, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Requires high school diploma/GED, 6+ months of sales experience (call center, retail, membership, or customer-focused preferred), age 18+, and typing of 25+ WPM.
- Home office needs: hardwired Ethernet (25 Mbps down/10 Mbps up, ISP under 50ms), no satellite or mobile hotspots, proof of internet speed required.
