3rd Party Collections Specialist (Telco)

$17-$20/hour + monthly bonus
- Manage and recover outstanding debts on behalf of client organizations, contacting consumers about past-due accounts.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balances; handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Investigate and resolve account disputes; analyze account histories to determine collection strategies.
- Maintain accurate and compliant account documentation.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of 3rd-party collections experience; telco, financial services, commercial, or multi-housing experience a plus.
- Schedule: Mon/Tues 10am-7pm, Wed/Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5:30pm.
