- Coordinate the scheduling of patient appointments and procedures at WVU Medicine in a fast-paced centralized scheduling environment.
- Verify insurance coverage, collect clinical information, and confirm patient demographics to ensure appropriate scheduling of screening and diagnostic tests.
- Schedule patients for physician appointments and diagnostic procedures; educate patients, families, and physician offices on protocols and procedures.
