  • Generate new business while managing and growing activity of existing customers as a Sales Support Representative at ePlus Technology.
  • Manage the administrative responsibilities of the sales cycle while developing skills for progress within the sales team.
  • Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued POs; follow up on orders to ensure successful delivery within customer expectations.
  • Lead open order management; confirm timely and accurate invoicing; take a proactive role with problem resolution at customer and supplier levels.
  • Support sales team activities and contribute to the success of a leading technology solutions provider.
  • $19.23-$24.04/hour initial base salary range; remote US; full-time.
