Virtual - Outbound Business Sales Representative

$16.35/hr base, $30.77/hr target

  • Generate monthly sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up for Comcast Business internet, voice, and TV.
  • Manage the full sales funnel - lead generation, pipeline management, closing web leads, and referrals.
  • Consult with business customers on their applications and meet all assigned sales quotas and customer-experience scorecard metrics.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call or escalate appropriately; update and maintain the prospect database and opportunity funnel daily.
  • Remote, US; must work nights, weekends, variable schedules and overtime as needed; selling Comcast Business Mobile is a requirement; wireless experience strongly preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED and 2-5 years relevant experience; results-driven self-starter with strong communication and listening skills.
  • Hourly base pay $16.35, total target compensation $30.77/hour (base plus targeted commission) with upside for overachievement; comprehensive benefits.
