Seasonal Customer Service Representative - 2026 (Eastern Region)

  • Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions for Minted's premium design marketplace during holiday peak.
  • Resolve custom-product inquiries and fulfillment challenges promptly and professionally without relying on a rigid script.
  • Manage multi-system workflows - cross-referencing order information, custom design files, and inventory tools on the fly.
  • Remote, seasonal role September through December 2026; set schedule within a 7-day operation, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Must reside in one of: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; experience with high-end customers, inbound contact queues, and omni-channel CRM platforms.
  • Document interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM with high attention to detail and a warm, premium brand voice.
