Collections Specialist
State Collection Service · Remote (US - select states)
$16/hour + commission
- Make outbound and take inbound calls to collect payment for medical and non-medical accounts.
- Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results.
- Adhere to all FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws.
- Requires 1+ year of collections, call center, or customer service experience; ability to enter and update data accurately in company/client systems.
- Flexibility for regular evening and Saturday work as business requires.
- Schedule: Mon-Thu (three days 8am-5pm, one evening 11am-8pm), Fridays 8am-5pm, one closing shift and one Saturday per month.
- Internet: hardwired connection required (no Wi-Fi), 40 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up; cameras must stay on during shifts.
