HR Customer Service Specialist I

  • Serve as primary contact for employees, retirees, and external vendors on benefits, leave programs, HR policies, and related processes.
  • Research and resolve inquiries using established resources; partner with HR teams and business partners for positive resolution.
  • Support administration of leave programs including Family and Medical Leave; assist with HR operations and process improvements.
  • Requires HS diploma or equivalent and 2+ years customer service in a call-center environment.
  • Insurance/benefits/healthcare or regulated-industry service experience preferred; experience with HR systems, ticketing platforms, and Workday a plus.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential employee information; strong verbal/written communication; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiency.
