RCM Cust Svc Support Rep - 10am-7pm EST (Patient Customer Service)

$17.75-$21.00/hour

  • Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers.
  • Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances; resolve patient billing inquiries using multiple resources.
  • Work with external customers and internal personnel to respond to inquiries; provide product training on a wide variety of questions.
  • Maintain performance goals with attention to detail and a passion for world-class customer experience.
  • Requires HS diploma/GED, 1+ year customer service, and 1+ year high-volume call center experience.
  • Preferred: 1+ year medical billing, insurance claims, explanation of benefits, or patient billing experience.
  • Mon-Fri 10am-7pm EST (training 9am-6pm); pay $17.75-$21.00; application window closes 09/18/2026.
