  • Impact the lives of everyday people by helping them move from struggling to thriving with digital personal finance solutions.
  • Support members from onboarding and new-account setup through ongoing coaching on their financial journey.
  • Communicate with members via phone and email with empathy and care; document interactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and best practices; career progression path to higher-level positions.
  • Requires 1+ year customer service experience (call center or retail) and HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Available for 8-hour shifts between 6am-8pm; Monday-Friday schedules or 4x10 shifts with weekend incentives.
  • 100% work-from-home; $19/hour starting (start date Nov 2); 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, paid vacation and sick time.
