Claims Coordinator

  • Support end-to-end claims: submit orthodontic claims, resolve denials, research missing payments, and process adjustments.
  • Ensure claims accuracy and timely submission; address rejected/denied claims promptly.
  • Conduct thorough audits, manage escalation cases, and safeguard account integrity.
  • Track and recover missing payments to optimize revenue for practices.
  • Requires 2+ years experience with dental insurance plans (DPPO, PPO, DHMO) and 2+ years processing dental/orthodontic claims.
  • Fluency liaising with multiple insurance carriers; proficient with sFax, Adobe, PureCloud, JIRA, and MS Office/Google Docs.
  • $17.50/hour; remote (CO, FL, GA, LA, NC, OH, TN, TX only); medical/dental/vision, flexible PTO, 401(k) match after 90 days, paid parental leave.
