Housing Support Specialist

  • Coordinate and manage lease extensions and ongoing housing support for displaced policyholders in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Proactively manage extensions, resolve in-stay service issues, and maintain strong communication between insureds, adjusters, and providers.
  • Manage multiple claims and service requests simultaneously while meeting service-level expectations and deadlines.
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 11:00 PM-8:00 PM EST (subject to change based on business needs).
  • High school diploma/GED plus two years of leasing, property management, customer service, or account management experience; insurance, temp housing, or real estate background strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication; strong organization for high volumes of extensions, deadlines, and requests; detail-oriented with billing accuracy and lease documentation.
  • $17.00-$19.00/hr; credit security clearance (background credit check) required; Fortune Best Workplace in Financial Services & Insurance.
