Call Center Agent - Remote

$21.00-$25.00/hour

  • Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, exceeding patient satisfaction across all call types.
  • Ensure patients are booked for consultation during their first call; raise conversion rates from initial call to consultation.
  • Place outbound calls with enthusiasm, research and resolve issues to ensure patient retention.
  • Use sound judgment and empathy when handling calls, especially with upset patients.
  • Schedule appointments correctly, servicing multiple centers; maintain knowledge of company products and processes.
  • Requires 2+ years of high-volume call center experience (preferred but willing to train the right person).
  • Ophthalmology experience helpful but not required; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Must be located in one of the operating states: California, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, Texas, or Utah; pays $21-$25/hr.
