Customer Service Representative - Remote

$15.00-$16.00/hour

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound communications using a suite of web-based tools.
  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening.
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive; calmly de-escalate issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Work with confidential customer information sensitively; track call information for auditing and reporting.
  • Requires high school diploma/GED, 6+ months of customer service experience, age 18+, and typing of at least 25 WPM.
  • Comfortable with desktop/Windows systems; customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Home office needs: hardwired Ethernet (15 Mbps down/10 Mbps up, ISP under 50ms), no satellite or mobile hotspots, proof of internet speed required.
