- Seasonal 100% work-from-home role providing advanced client support via phone or email for DIY online and software tax products, plus business software programs.
- Interpret client needs and use software solutions, knowledge base, and troubleshooting skills to identify practical solutions.
- Resolve and track user incidents; identify potential security issues and escalate appropriately, including partnering with developers.
- Communicate clearly and calmly on the telephone, email, and chat, using effective customer service techniques with stressed clients.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and advanced computer navigation knowledge.
- Must have a secure, private, quiet workspace; wired internet (not Wi-Fi) with 15Mbps up/down; and a smartphone with RSA token (two-factor) and Microsoft Teams installed.
- In-bound help desk, Microsoft Office, software troubleshooting, and networking experience preferred.
- Pay range $16.06-$24.09/hr with weekend shift differential and monthly/end-of-season incentives.
