- Process home health billing for multiple payers and manage accounts receivable from admission to satisfaction of balance due at Well Care, LLC.
- Ensure accurate billing for Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and private pay claims depending on assigned payers.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts, denied claims, and collections; process payments and perform related billing functions.
- Maintain patient billing files, EMR billing notes, and light typing/correspondence; organize and perform work effectively and efficiently.
- High school diploma required; billing/medical office experience valued.
- Full-time, remote; works under the supervision of the Revenue Cycle Director.
