  • Support DIRECTV customers from the front lines as a retention-focused Customer Service Representative, transforming frustrated exchanges into excellent experiences.
  • Answer customer calls addressing all requests and inquiries about services and products; report problem areas.
  • Use sales expertise to make recommendations based on customer needs; process purchases of products and services through operational systems.
  • Solve technical issues with solid problem-solving skills; demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
  • Work-from-home opening if within 75 miles of the Meridian, ID work center (2264 S. Bonito Way); fully remote with a quiet, private home workspace.
  • 6 months to 1 year customer service experience; Windows familiarity; reliable internet at 18mbps down/12mbps up.
  • $18.22-$25.45/hour base plus monthly performance bonus (avg $690) plus benefits; schedule M-F 5:55AM-8PM, Sat/Sun 6:55AM-8PM MST.
