  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients at Five Star Solutions, a dedicated healthcare team supporting patients with compassionate, reliable service.
  • Take primarily inbound calls (outbound also as needed); assist with refilling medications, checking on referrals, sending messages to doctors, and confirming appointments.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner; seamless assistance across multiple channels.
  • Starting pay $14/hour plus shift differential (extra $1/hr for nights and weekends).
  • Set shift 10:00am-6:30pm MST, Monday-Friday; full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Remote role with a growing healthcare support team.
  • Service-minded, detail-oriented CSR comfortable handling patient inquiries over the phone.
