- First point of contact for reporting claims and initiating the claims process in the Travel department.
- Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies, assessing coverage eligibility.
- Handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner.
- Read, analyze, and interpret business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans, and regulations; maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Consistently meet established performance standards for quantity and quality of claims processing.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; intermediate Microsoft Office skills; strong problem resolution ability.
- Ability to function independently within established guidelines in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Pays $16.85-$21.00/hour.
