  • Care for CVS Health customers - benefit plan members, employers, doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers - by helping with benefits and claims.
  • Educate customers about their benefits and claims while resolving issues and directing them to helpful resources.
  • Actively listen and be an advocate for customers; research issues, document outcomes, and resolve inquiries with a high level of satisfaction.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions; collaborate with team members and departments to improve outcomes.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools during training and servicing to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
  • Remote, work-from-home in WV (plus VA, TX, GA, IL and more); full-time; $17.00-$25.65/hour; full benefits.
