- Answer inbound calls for residential HVAC service and maintenance, delivering a professional, customer-first experience.
- Schedule service appointments accurately using ServiceTitan.
- Respond promptly to website contact form inquiries; communicate with customers via text messaging and ServiceTitan Chat.
- Return overnight answering service calls and make outbound calls to existing customers during slower periods.
- Educate homeowners on maintenance plans, services, and promotions; maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan.
- Requires 2+ years of home services industry experience and ServiceTitan experience.
- Schedule: Tue-Fri 10am-7pm, Sat 8am-5pm (Arizona time), Sun/Mon off.
