Customer Service Rep I-1

First contact to help resolve customer concerns, maintaining good customer relations on the phone.
Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems; confirm, schedule, and reschedule services.
Set sales appointments for new customers, answer billing questions, and complete general clerical duties.
Sell the value of services and suggest upgrades; work as a team with Service and Sales.
Requires a high school diploma/GED, excellent listening and communication skills, and a pleasant phone voice.
Multitask with accurate data entry while speaking; remain calm under pressure.
Available Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
