Provider Support Specialist

  • Full-time remote provider support role at OpenLoop, a telehealth support company working across all 50 states.
  • Entry level - 0 to 1 years of experience in a support, service, administrative or operations role.
  • You are the first person contracted providers reach, answering routine questions about schedules, workflows and processes.
  • Most requests arrive in Slack, and you work them to clear service level targets and close the loop.
  • First-line troubleshooting for provider platform and login issues, following documented runbooks.
  • Route anything that needs another team - credentialing, licensing, onboarding, IT or payroll - to the right owner.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, and you must be able to handle protected health information after HIPAA training.
