  • Full-time remote member support role at WellTheory, a digital health company helping people with autoimmune conditions.

  • You answer member questions by email, live chat and outbound phone, covering eligibility, enrolment, billing and technical issues.
  • Own each member issue end to end, looping in care, implementation or engineering when a resolution needs their expertise.
  • Work to targets for response time, first-touch resolution, quality assurance and member satisfaction.
  • One to three years in a customer-facing support role, ideally in healthcare, digital health or a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or a similar ticketing platform is expected, and the schedule can include occasional evenings, weekends or holidays.
