- Part-time remote customer service role with LifeMD, a virtual primary care and telehealth provider.
- Serve as the face of the virtual patient care platform, greeting every patient and answering their questions.
- Answer patient calls with a courteous, professional manner, and connect patients with LifeMD clinicians.
- Maintain patient accounts and information, and work with the medical team to handle patient scheduling.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other customer service representatives.
- Handle sensitive patient details across phone, chat and email.
- Two or more years of related experience including two years working remotely, and proficiency with Google Suite.
