  • Remote from approved states only: Utah, North Carolina, Texas.

  • Chat and email sales on NICE CXone: 2-3 concurrent chats, about 40 chats per 8-hour shift.
  • "This is a sales job" - consult customers on the best value for contact-lens purchases.
  • Start date October 19, 2026; 3-week training Monday-Friday 10am-5pm MT, 100% attendance mandatory.
