- Remote customer service role with Cigna's Accredo specialty pharmacy, open in Arizona, Indiana, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia or Oregon.
- Pays $17.75 to $19.00 per hour, with annual bonus eligibility.
- Answer inbound phone calls in a high-volume contact centre with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support patients with medication orders, benefits questions, billing inquiries and complex issue resolution.
- De-escalate concerns and give empathetic solutions within standard operating procedures.
- Attend a paid eight-week virtual training programme, on camera, with live call-taking and assessments.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, and no experience required, though healthcare customer service experience is preferred.
