- Contract remote patient billing role with TEKsystems, supporting a community-focused healthcare organization through an Epic transition.
- Pays $20.00 per hour.
- Assist patients with billing, explanation of benefits, deductible, Medicare and insurance questions.
- Research accounts, resolve basic billing issues and update insurance information.
- Handle high-volume calls while providing compassionate customer service.
- Work remotely only from Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington or Wisconsin.
- Revenue cycle or business office experience and strong communication skills.
