- Respond to client and internal inquiries about billing statements, account status and adjustments.
- Conduct collection calls in line with FDCPA standards, and monitor the loan-service inbox so requests and documents are captured.
- Manage loan-closing activities and check closing information against the original documentation.
- Handle a high volume of daily phone and email activity while keeping borrower records accurate.
- Three or more years in loan collections, closing, quality control or client services, with FDCPA knowledge.
