  • Full time remote order management role with the American Red Cross.
  • Pays $17.00 to $18.00 per hour to start, possibly more in higher cost of living areas.
  • Fulfil routine orders of blood products and make sure each order ships on time and in budget.
  • Provide good customer service to the hospitals and centres you deal with.
  • Rotate inventory of primary and remote facilities so supplies stay adequate for customer needs.

  • Support, develop and give guidance to volunteers on the team.
