Accounts Receivable Support Specialist

Fully remote accounts receivable support role with Advance Auto Parts.
Work through the accounts receivable ledger for commercial, government, in-store professional and fleet accounts.
Meet daily productivity goals managing incoming phone calls, chat and email correspondence, which arrive as cases.
Process and release credit holds based on received funds or customer payment commitments, and resolve disputed items.
Process credit applications, contact credit references and set credit limits within your authority.
Reconcile orders, delivery notices and cash applications, and feed back on process fixes to stop the same errors recurring.
This role is part of a remote work arrangement that requires working eastern time zone hours.
