  • Remote pharmacy benefits role with ExactCare, part of AnewHealth.
  • Answer telephone enquiries from members, clinicians, pharmacies and plan sponsors in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Document every incoming call and conversation in the claims adjudication software.
  • Educate clients on plan policies, benefits and procedures.
  • Resolve drug benefit concerns of a medical, financial or technological nature, and start prior authorisation requests.
  • Submit tickets for compound prescriptions and pricing issues, and make outbound calls to pharmacies and plans.
  • Review the after hours call log and complete any follow up.
